From the creators of Alvin Sputnik: Deep Sea Explorer and New Owner, Arielle Gray and Tim Watts have teamed up with co-director Luke Kerridge and composer Rachel Claudio to present their newest creation, Night Night.
Highly visual and playfully cinematic, Night Night tells the heartwarming story of life, death and penguin madness. A reclusive antarctic penguin researcher with a secret deadly brain illness must team up with a mysterious glowing spirit to save both their souls. Using puppetry and digital trickery, Night Night probes the thin veil between worlds, taking inspiration from the many wondrous and terrifying things that occur both in reality and in our imaginations.
This preview season of our latest production gives audiences a unique opportunity to see Night Night before its premiere presentation next year. Putting our shows in front of audiences is a vital last stage of our creative process and we would love to have you be among some of the first people to see what we’ve been up to.
