Koorliny Arts Centre Website and Ticketing Terms and Conditions

Operated and managed by the City of Kwinana

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Koorliny Arts Centre online ticketing system. By using this site or purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the City of Kwinana Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Tickets and sale conditions
– Tickets for all events are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law.
– Tickets will only be issued upon full payment.
– Tickets may not be resold at a premium or used for commercial purposes without the Presenter’s consent.
– Every patron must have a valid ticket to gain entry to the venue.
– Online sales close when allocations are exhausted or usually two (2) hours before doors open.

2. Discounted tickets
– Admission for discounted tickets (student, pensioner, concession) requires production of relevant ID to Koorliny Arts Centre staff at the event. Failure to provide appropriate ID may result in the patron being charged full price.

3. Exchanges
– If the show has multiple performances, tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same show, subject to availability. To exchange, contact Oztix on 1300 762 545.

4. Late arrivals
– Latecomers may not be admitted until a convenient break in the program, and entry is at the discretion of Koorliny Arts Centre staff.

5. Right of admission
– The right of admission is reserved by Koorliny Arts Centre staff at the venue. Koorliny Arts Centre reserves the right to refuse entry in accordance with venue policies and legal requirements.

6. Ticketing platform and agent details
– Tickets are sold via the Oztix ticketing platform.
– For events presented by Koorliny Arts Centre, tickets are sold by Us as the Presenter.
– Oztix provides the ticketing platform and related services, but is not the seller or agent for the Presenter.
– Any disputes relating to ticket sales for Koorliny Arts Centre events are between You and the Presenter. For third-party events, disputes are between You and the relevant presenter, except as required by law.

7. VIP and bundled packages
– Tickets may be sold with additional items such as merchandise or VIP experiences. Claims for non-delivery of bundled items must be made directly to the Presenter.

8. Payment for tickets

– Koorliny Arts Centre does not offer a pay-over-time or instalment option for ticket purchases. Tickets are only confirmed once full payment has been received.

– For group bookings, an invoice can be issued via Oztix to allow payment by the organisation or group. Please contact Oztix to arrange a group booking invoice.

9. Resale of tickets
– Oztix may provide a resale facility for selected events. Fees may apply. Oztix endeavours to verify validity but does not guarantee tickets from the resale platform.

10. COVID-19 and public health requirements
– Entry may require vaccination status, evidence of exemption, or COVID-free status, in accordance with public health orders. Patrons must comply with all venue procedures.

11. Program changes
– Koorliny Arts Centre reserves the right to add, withdraw, or substitute artists, vary the program, change dates, or alter seating arrangements. Your ticket remains valid for rescheduled events unless the Presenter determines a refund is appropriate.

12. Refunds
– Refunds are provided only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets are not replaced except in limited circumstances and may incur a replacement fee.

13. Data security and privacy
– Personal information is handled in accordance with the City of Kwinana Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
– Credit card charges will appear as “Ticket Solutions Pty Ltd” on statements.

14. Intellectual property
– All content on this Website is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

15. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
– Koorliny Arts Centre and Oztix do not accept liability for technical failures, lost data, or damages arising from use of this Website, except as required by law.
– Internet and system outages may occur. Patrons agree to use the Website at their own risk.

16. Australian Consumer Law
– Goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

18. Governing law
– These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
