Boogie Bounce is a complete exercise program performed on a mini trampoline. It consists of a highly effective H.I.I.T cardio section followed by a toning section, working bums, tums and thighs.
It is suitable for all ages, ability levels and body types. The trampolines have a weight limit of 159kgs.
Maximum class size is 10.
